This is a BRAND NEW OEM Carrier/Bryant/Payne Air Conditioning/Heat Pump Start Capacitor Kit. The Carrier/Bryant/Payne Part # is P296-0001 which includes a 43-53 MFD 330 VAC start capacitor (Carrier/Bryant Part # HC95DE048) and a Start Relay (Carrier/Bryant Part # HN61KB109).
