This is a BRAND NEW 3-in-1 Supco Bullet Piercing Valve. The valve is used to pierce copper tubing and provides a refrigerant charging tap. It is adjustable and is designed to be used with either 1/4", 5/16", or 3/8" copper tubing. Thanks for looking and good luck!
