This is a Brand New CTC Digital Non-Programmable Thermostat. It is the CTC 71100N model which is 1 Heat and 1 Cool, designed to work with Air Conditioning and single stage Furnaces. This thermostat does not work with Heat Pumps. Thanks for looking and good luck!
