Is is an installed, but never fired, 2 Stage 80% efficient Goodman Gas Furnace. The model # is GME80603BX and all of the manufacture specs are listed below. It is 60,000 BTU in, 48,000 BTU out, and the blower can handle up to 3 tons of AC. LxWxH measurements are listed below. This unit was installed in the 2nd floor level of a home, before it was realized that it was the wrong unit (. yeah). It was removed and has been sitting around in our warehouse for a couple of years now. It has a 2012 production date, although the exact same unit is still made today. While hooked up, the unit was never turned on. The return was cut out of the bottom of the unit, meaning that if you want to return air from the side, you will need to screw a flat piece of sheetmetal to the bottom of the unit to cover the bottom return opening. Other than this, it is ready to hook up as normal. It does have cosmetic scratches in the casing due to sitting around in the warehouse. It is ready to plug and go. As for warranties, we guarantee the unit to not be DOA and to be fully fuctional/operational, but there is no long term warranty. It should be installed by a proper licenced technician, as we cannot warranty the DOA claim for a DIY job. The photos are of the actual furnace, not a stock photo.
