As service tech stated it was a plug and play unit and it performed as expected
Did not get this brown board, got the green replacement which proved valuable in talking to its tech familiar with its programming otherwise oblivious. Board needed a different tstat and now works properly---impossible with old tstat.
** I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING A PICTURE OF THE OLD BOARD AND WIRING before you mess with anything. Always good advice.
The hard part was opening up the furnace panel, removing the old control board, and putting the furnace panel back on.
Read the instructions carefully, which takes much longer than actually doing the work.
