    My heat pump fan wasn't turning but I could hear it humming. After troubleshooting online, I determined it was the capacitor. I ordered the right model from northamericahvac.com, and in less than 5 minutes the old one was out, new one installed, and the fan working! Couldn't be easier. And definitely happy in saving hundreds of dollars in having an hvac person come out.
