This is a BRAND NEW Universal Honeywell Gas Valve! It's designed to replace most Gas Valves used in STANDING PILOT Furnaces. It is designed to replace old Honeywell valve #s VR8200A2355 & VR8200A 2355. The valve is set up for NAT Gas but comes with an LP Conversion Kit. It also omes with wiring diagram in case needed. Function:
The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion. They have a manual shut off.
