This is a BRAND NEW Emerson ICP/Heil/Tempstar/Comfort Maker Condenser FAN MOTOR! The part # is 1088235 (or HQ1088235 & HC37GZ004B). & Emerson # K48HXFPH-3956. It's 1/5 HP 208-230v 1075 RPM! The motor is 5" in diameter (Frame 42Y)- not 5 5/8" in diameter. The shaft extends 2" out of the motor. If the shaft is facing up (as seen in the picture) rotation is Counter Clock-Wise. Function:
