The exhaust motor assembly is fine and easy to install however two misc. parts need to be included. They are the two exhaust blower washers. The old ones will crumble when you remove the old blower. Also needed to be included are the plastic pins that fasten the exhaust blower restrictor to the exhaust blower. These will also break/crumble when the restrictor is removed from the old unit. There are three pins but probably five should be included as chances are one or two will be damaged when inserting them as they fit very tight and bend easily. I obtained these parts from First Supply. The part numbers for packets of 10 and 12 respectively are: Washer, 1160252 and Pin 1149260. The cost for both parts is around $19.
The "ICP Heil Tempstar Furnace Inducer Motor" assembly was relatively easy to install. It fit very well, and included all the parts needed to complete the job. The new unit is much quieter than the old unit that was replaced due to water leaking out of it.
I was in search of this part for my furnace, which is 19 years old. My serviceman found the part through his parts distributor, but the distributor wanted $521 for it. I searched on line, and found the part through NA HVAC for $199. I received it 2 days later. My serviceman now says he will use the NA HVAC website to look for parts for his customers to save them money on their repairs.
