This is a BRAND NEW OEM GE/Genteq ICP/Heil/Tempstar/Comfort Maker/Sears/Arcoaire 2-Speed Condenser FAN MOTOR! The part # is 1172252 (also HC39GZ003A & GE #5KCP39KFZ224S). It's 1/4 HP, 208-230v, 840 RPM. The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). The shaft extends 1.75" out of the motor. If the shaft is facing up (as in the picture) rotation is COUNTER-CLOCKWISE. The motor has a 4 wires going into a plastic plug- you can use or cut off the plug. Thanks for looking!
