This is a BRAND NEW Motor Start Capacitor made in the USA. The Mars # is 11082. This capacitor is rated at 710-850 MFD and 165 Volts (VAC). Recently we have reveived some of these capacitors with "710-648UF'' on the side of them. We have recently been notified from MARS that this is a misprint and the capacitor is indeed a "710-850UF" Capacitor is 4-3/8" tall and 2" in diameter. Thank you for looking!
