This is a BRAND NEW OEM Carrier/Bryant/Payne Start Assist Capacitor. The part# is P421-4026 (also PTC305C11C03 HC95XX008 and CERA-MITE # 305C11). The start assist has three wiring terminal and comes with three new wires and a mounting bracket. Thank you for looking and good luck!
Function:

    That Cera-Mite capacitor looked different than the photo and my original one but all the fittings were the same and it worked fine. It Replaced my 30-year-old capacitor in my carrier air conditioner.
