This is a BRAND NEW GE Carrier/Bryant/Payne/ICP/Heil/Tempstar FAN MOTOR. The part # is HC31GE229A (also HC31GE229). The ICP/Heil/Tempstar # is 1173716. The Ge Part # is 5KCP39EFY445AS It's 1/12 HP 208-230v 800 RPM. The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). If the motor is sitting w/shaft up (as in the picture) rotation is counter clockwise.
