It is rated at 1/2 HP, 208-230 volt, 1075 RPM.?á?áThe motor is 48Y Frame and has three mounting ears attached toe the frame.?á The shaft is 1/2" in diameter and?áextends 2.8" out of the motor one direction, and 7" the other direction.?á It replaces the old part numbers listed below.
Function:
An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, motors typically turn the air conditioning fan blade and the furnace blower motor.
