Description
This is a brand new OEM Goodman Amana Daikin upgraded Furnace Gas Valve Assembly. This valve is currently set up for NAT gas, but can be converted for LP with an LP kit. It replaces the part numbers listed below.
Function:
The gas valve is a low voltage control (usually 24 VAC) that allow gas into the combustion chamber. It is also an adjustable regulator that insures proper gas pressure for combustion. They have a manual shut off.
