Description

This is a Brand New OEM Upgraded Rheem/Ruud/Richmond Water Heater Inducer Motor Assembly. It comes with a new air switch attached. Thanks for looking and good luck!
Function:
An inducer motor is designed to expel the exhaust gas from the furnace. Older inefficient furnaces allowed the flue gas to escape the unit with virtually no resistance. Newer high efficient furnace heat exchangers are so restrictive that the flue gases cannot exit the furnace though “natural draft”. Therefore, the inducer is required to pull the flue gases through the heat exchanger. The inducer motor is usually the first thing that starts up when your furnace calls for heat.

    Vent Blower for water heater

    I ordered a replacement vent blower from NorthAmericaHVAC. Even though product description states OEM Rheem, the blower nowhere shows its Rheem. Nonetheless, we replaced and so far replacement unit is working. It was very easy to work with them to get this part and it came within 3 days.

    Water Heater Vent Blower - Just what I needed

    My water heater vent blower (AP12562) went out at my residence -the water heater doesn't work unless the vent blower is operational. Thankfully, NorthAmerica HVAC had a new one in stock and was able to ship it two-day air. My plumber installed it in ten minutes. Thanks so much for your products & service! Greg M.
