This is a BRAND NEW Rheem/Weather King/Corsaire/RUUD Air Conditioning Fan Motor. It's 1/5 HP 208-230 volts 1075 RPM. The rotation is reversible! The Rheem/Weather King/Corsaire/RUUD part number is 51-23055-11 (replaces many other Rheem/Corsaire/Weather King/RUUD Part #s)! It takes a 5 uf Capacitor rated at 370 volts. This Motor mouts with screws in the SIDE instead of mounting studs coming out the back!
Function:
An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, motors typically turn the air conditioning fan blade and the furnace blower motor.
