This is a BRAND NEW OEM ERP810 Powerstart Capacitor (w/Relay and Overload). Powerstart Capacitors give the compresser/motor a "boost" to get them up and running. This powerstart operates on 120 volts and can be used for motors between 1/12 and 1/5 HP. The capacitor simply clips onto the existing capacitor in your system. Thank you for looking and Good luck!
