Description
This is a BRAND NEW Trane/American Standard Gas Furnace Air Pressure Switch made by Honeywell. The Trane Part # is SWT02357 (Replaces old #s listed below). It is a combination of two switches one rated at .17" and the other rated at .50" w/c. Some of the switches replaced by this one were single switches- in that case you will simply hook up to one of the switches and leave the other alone. Trane/American Standard has decided to only produce these switches together now. Switch works on many Trane/American Standard gas furnaces.
Function:
An air switch is safety designed to ensure that your inducer motor is running at the proper RPM, and creating the proper vacuum for your furnace to flue safely.
