This is a BRAND NEW Universal Adjustable Anti-Short Cycle Time Delay Relay with Part # ICM102 (also ICM102B)- Made in the USA! It is a Delay on Make relay which means that whenever the power is turned on the relay will delay for a certain amount of time before allowing the voltage to pass through it. There is a knob on the relay to adjust the delay time from .03 to 10 mintues. This relay accepts 19-240 volt input. It is VERY easy to install and it works for ANYTHING. Simply wire it in series with your circuit. For an air conditioner you simply hook it in series with a thermostat wire at the condenser and your unit is protected from power surges.
