This is a BRAND NEW ICP/Heil/Tempstar/Comfortmaker/Carrier/Bryant/Payne Condenser FAN MOTOR. The Zhongshan Broad-Ocean part # is Y7S862C29. It's 1/5 HP 208-230v 810 RPM. The motor is 5 5/8" in diameter (Frame 48Y). The shaft extends 3" out of the motor. If the shaft is facing up (as seen in the picture) the rotation is counter clockwise. Function:
