Description

This is a Brand New ClimaTek 4-Speed Furnace Blower Motor. It is 1/3 HP, 115 Volt, 1075 RPM, reversible rotation and has three mounting ears welded to the body. The shaft is 1/2" by 6" long. It is designed to replace the part numbers listed below.

Function:
An electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. In an HVAC system, motors typically turn the air conditioning fan blade and the furnace blower motor. Newer high efficient motors, such as X13 and ECM motors, have "end caps" that control the motor speeds. These can be removed and replaced separately.

    Furnace blower motor

Posted by Sean wilson on 23rd Oct 2025 10:37

Local companies near me in Cincinnati wanted to charge me almost $500 for this blower motor but I found it online with this company at a third of the cost! I did pay an extra $100 for shipping next day but that's because I couldn't make the 2-hour drive to them and I needed it the next day. The blower motor was packed very well and is working beautifully. I couldn't be more thankful to a company than I am to North American HVAC. The communication was excellent and they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. If you don't buy from this company, then you're really taking a risk that you shouldn't be. I used this motor to replace the blower motor on my York furnace. It was an exact part number match. Just FYI, you will need a 10 amp capacitor whereas the original motor uses a 7.5 capacitor. If you have an Ace hardware near you, they normally always have capacitors in stock and it only cost me $10

    Climatek 1/3 HP blower motor

I used this on a Hamilton Home Products furnace. It was an exact part number replacement and worked quite well. The only glitch I ran into is that the new motor needed a 10MFD capacitor while the old one used a 7.5MFD. Fortunately Amazon was able to send me the proper capacitor in 2 days.
